Gmail’s Undo Send message feature can be adjusted now to give you more time
I love Gmail. Now it’s even better since Google has announced they’ve updated Gmail’s settings and will now allow you to UNDO a sent email up to 30 seconds after sending.
With the "Undo Send" Gmail Labs add-on, you get an Undo link in the notification area after you send an email. Originally the message was displayed for five seconds, but many complained that it was just too short of a time limit. Now it can be adjusted up to 30 seconds… and by the way… I have mine set at 20.
Google Voice now integrated into Gmail & free Google phone booths coming soon

Did you know? Super Mario Bros clouds were also the bushes?
That’s right! The clouds in Super Mario Bros. were also used as the bushes! The same programming was used, just changed in color from white to green and the screen placement was altered!
Check it out!

Super Mario Bros. is available in the Wii Shop Channel on the Nintendo Wii for 500 points.
VTzilla scans for viruses and malware before you download a file
Just another reason to love Firefox. A new plug-in is making the rounds and it’s called VTzilla and what it does is very handy.
VTzilla will add a Scan with VirusTotal option to your right-click menu in Firefox, that will scan any file for a virus before you download it.
VTzilla is a free download, and remember it only works with Mozilla Firefox.
PS: By default, VTzilla turns on a new toolbar in Firefox. To disable it, navigate to View -> Toolbars, then uncheck VirusTotal Toolbar.

Best foods for every part of your body
Thanks to Men’s Health website for this great information! Check out what they say is the best food for every part of your body!

Skin
Carrots are loaded with vitamin A, which helps balance the pH of your skin’s surface, making it just acidic enough to fend off harmful bacteria. Plus National Cancer Institute researchers found that people with the highest intakes of carotenoids—pigments that occur naturally in carrots—were six times less likely to develop skin cancer than those with the lower intakes.
Hair
Low iron levels can lead to baldness, according to a Cleveland Clinic review. Researchers looked at 11 studies on the relationship between iron intake and hair loss, and concluded that treating iron deficiency may help regrow hair. Feed your mane iron-packed foods such as lean red meat, turkey, egg yolks, dried beans, dried fruit, whole grains.

Eyes
The National Institute of Health found that people who consume the most lutein—a carotenoid found in plant foods—are 43 percent less likely to develop macular degeneration. Lutein helps filter blue light, preventing it from damaging retinal tissues. Eat two servings of greens each day. Consider one serving to be ½ cup of cooked spinach, broccoli, or brussels sprouts.

Heart
Cornell University researchers found that eating one Red Delicious apple a day can block LDL oxidation, resulting in an 8 percent drop in levels. Bonus: Apples (and their skins) contain soluble fiber, the kind that scrubs artery walls clean. Cut one up and mix it into your oatmeal, another top source.

Muscles
To maximize muscle growth, you need the right raw materials. Beef is the perfect muscle food because it’s packed with protein, zinc, and creatine. Down a hefty portion of each with this taco-salad recipe from Men’s Health cover model Gregg Avedon:
Brown ½ pound of extra-lean ground beef over medium heat. As it cooks, sprinkle it with black pepper, 2 teaspoons of chili powder, and a couple dashes of Tabasco. Place the cooked beef, one diced tomato, and 2 tablespoons of low-fat cheese over a bed of lettuce, and top with salsa.
Bones
Bones are a lot like reclusive coworkers; until one snaps, you aren’t likely to give them much thought. Drink two 8-ounce glasses of vitamin D-fortified low-fat milk every day. This provides your body with 600 milligrams (mg) of calcium and 5 micrograms (mcg) of vitamin D, the perfect combination of nutrients to build break-resistant bones. Plus, in a 20-year study, U.K. researchers determined that men who drink more than 6 ounces of milk a day have half the risk of stroke of men who drink less.

Belly
By snacking on the right foods—those that are low in sugar but rich in protein—you’ll keep your metabolic furnace stoked, and be less likely to binge between meals. Have one slice of hard or semihard cheese—for instance, Cheddar, Swiss, or provolone—two or three times a day. Cheese has 7 grams of protein per slice and contains no sugar. That means it doesn’t raise blood-sugar levels, so your body stays in fat-burning mode. Want an alternative? Opt for a cup of low-fat plain yogurt or a stick of beef jerky.
Manhood
When it comes to keeping your sex sessions going long and strong, a certain amino acid known as L-Arginine may be man’s best friend. "L-Arginine works like Viagra by increasing nitric oxide to help relax blood vessels and allow more blood flow to the penis," says Marrena Lindberg, author of The Orgasmic Diet. Some studies suggest that getting three grams a day could make for better erections. Many foods high in good-for-you omega 3s are also high in L-Arginine, such as free-range game, seafood, walnuts, and sesame seeds. Plus, omega 3s help your body better absorb L-Arginine, according to a study in Nutrition & Metabolism. There are no RDA guidelines for how much L-Arginine you should have, but Lindberg recommends getting your daily fix by eating omega-3 packed protein such as free-range beef and chicken, or fatty fish like salmon.

Is your dog afraid of thunderstorms? Try these tips from the ASPCA
I had a little Boston Terrier named Darla, and she’d get so terrified when storms would roll in. The thunder and lightning were sometimes too much for her, and we’d do various things to try to calm her down (including some of what the ASPCA recommends below), and normally it would work. See what you think, and give them a try for yourself if your canine companion gets nervous during thunderstorms.
Any dog can develop a fear of thunderstorms, but herding breeds seem more susceptible to developing noise phobias. Age is another risk factor: Dogs who are afraid of thunderstorms can become more distressed with each successive season, so it’s smart to start working with your dog as soon as you notice his fearful behavior. If your adult dog has suddenly become afraid of storms, please start with a visit to your vet. A sick dog may become more sensitive to sounds, and no amount of behavior modification will help if your dog’s fear is medically based.
Try the following strategies to reduce your dog’s anxiety during storms. For dogs with mild thunderstorm phobia, these tricks may get rid of the problem entirely.
- Let your dog take refuge inside. Storms aren’t as loud and scary with four walls around you! Bringing your dog into the house also ensures that he won’t try to escape from the yard.
- Having some human company often calms panicked dogs. If your calm, quiet touch brings him comfort or if he comes to you for security, it’s perfectly fine to pet and reassure him.
- Try turning on some calming music, a TV or radio, or a fan to muffle storm noises. Shutting the drapes may help if lightning also frightens your dog.
- More active distractions may help, too. See if your dog will eat from a food-filled toy, such as a stuffed Kong, scatter treats in the house for him to find, or try playing tug or fetch with his favorite toy.
If your dog’s quality of life is seriously impaired by thunderstorms, consider speaking with a vet about anti-anxiety medication. Medication can enhance the effectiveness of other efforts to help your dog cope with his fear. A technique called desensitization and counter conditioning can also help. This technique involves gradually increasing the volume of an audio recording of a thunderstorm to help your dog become accustomed to it, while at the same time associating the sound of thunder with good things, like treats and toys. Additionally, there are a number of products on the market that may help your dog remain calm during storms, including close-fitting body wraps, noise-reducing headphones and herbal remedies.

8-bit Twilight Saga: Eclipse game … funny…
This reminds me of the good old days in the early 90’s of a movie releasing and then shortly after that, a 8-bit Nintendo game would come out about the movie. The music tried to emulate what was in the movie, the graphics tried to come close on loading screens, but when the gameplay would start you’d be reminded you were playing an 8-bit game.
Check out what the good people at The Station did with the Twilight Saga: Eclipse and play the game here.. as soon as it asks you to make a decision, click the answer you wish to make. The game will take you to YouTube, where you’ll finish playing the game. Pretty clever and funny at the same time!

Google beats Viacom in YouTube content court battle
Viacom recently sued Google and their YouTube service because Google was allowing users to publish Viacom copyrighted material to YouTube. Google is supposed to screen content going up, but with all of the content that’s loaded on a daily basis, they can’t filter all of it.
The ruling from the court case came in Google’s favor and basically states that if copyright holders want their content removed from YouTube, they must ask to have it removed. This means that now Google doesn’t have to screen what goes up on YouTube, and it may also mean that eventually torrent sites won’t have to screen content either.
So users of the Internet and Google win this round… but of course, Viacom plans on appealing the decision.
Stay tuned…
Google to launch a music store later this year

CNET is reporting that Google is looking into starting up its own online music store later this year. With Google Music, you’d be able to stream your music or buy and download tracks similar to Amazon Music without the need of a software client like iTunes to do so.
Once the service is in place and operating smoothly, Google plans on integrating Android into the mix so that you’ll have your music with you no matter where you go on your portable Android device. This integration is said to take place some time in 2011.

You know the characters, but you might not know their full names. Store these away for future trivia nights.
